About Clozzi garments
What fabric are Clozzi scrubs made of?
A 65/35 poly-cotton blend at 220 GSM, custom-spun for Clozzi by a Faisalabad textile mill. Polyester gives durability through high-temperature laundry; cotton keeps it breathable for Pakistani ward temperatures. Full details on Our Craftsmanship.
What fabric weights do lab coats come in?
Three options: 180 GSM lightweight for summer OPD work, 240 GSM standard for year-round use, and 300 GSM heavyweight for ceremonial coats and winter clinical work. See Custom Lab Coats.
How long does a Clozzi garment actually last?
Every standard set is rated for 99+ industrial wash cycles. In practice: 18–24 months of daily home-washed use, 12–18 months under industrial hospital laundry, typically 15–20 months of mixed use.
What colours are available?
11+ professional shades including navy, surgical green, black, maroon, royal blue, light olive, teal, beige, purple, dark pine green, camel brown, and dusky rose. Team orders of 25+ sets can be dyed to match a specific institutional colour.
Are your garments made in Pakistan?
Yes — every scrub set and lab coat is cut, sewn, embroidered, and quality-checked at our production facility in Shahdara, Lahore. We don't import and re-tag garments.
Sizing & Fit
Getting the right size
How do I find my size?
Use the Sizing & Measuring Guide — it covers every garment with measurement diagrams and a cm/inches toggle. Still unsure? WhatsApp your chest, waist, and height and we'll recommend a size.
What size range do you carry?
XS to 2XL, with petite and tall variants on scrub designs. If nothing in the standard range fits your build, custom sizing is available.
How does custom sizing work?
WhatsApp +92 312 2899992 with six measurements — chest, waist, hips, sleeve length, shoulder width, and inseam — or add them to your order notes. Custom tailoring is Rs. 1,000 per set (free for minors) and adds 3–5 business days to handling.
Do you make female-specific cuts?
Yes. Women's scrubs and the female tailored lab coat fit are cut with bust darts and a slightly cinched waist — designed around female body shapes, not resized unisex patterns.
What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?
Free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. For embroidered garments, we re-embroider your details on the correct size at no extra charge.
Embroidery & Customization
Names, logos, and personal touches
How much does embroidery cost?
Name/designation embroidery (up to 2 lines): Rs. 300 per garment. Logo embroidery: Rs. 500 for a single garment, Rs. 400 each for 2–9, and free on team orders of 10+. Full details on the Embroidery page.
Can I see the embroidery before it's stitched?
Always. Spelling and layout are confirmed in writing before stitching, and logo orders receive a digitized preview. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Do you embroider in Urdu?
Yes — Urdu, English, or both side by side. A common request is an English name with the Urdu department name below.
What if the embroidery arrives wrong?
If the stitching doesn't match your approved text, we replace the garment free. If the text you supplied and approved contained an error, the order stands as supplied — double-check spelling at order time.
Can you match my hospital's exact colours?
On team orders, yes — thread is matched to specific Pantone codes on request, and 25+ set orders can have the fabric itself dyed to match.
Bulk & Institutional
Team orders, hospitals, and tenders
What discounts apply to team orders?
Tiered discounts start at 10% off for 10 units and reach 25% off at 100+, with custom quotes above 1,000 units. Logo embroidery is free on all team orders. Start at Team Orders.
Do you respond to government hospital tenders?
Yes — Clozzi is registered for Pakistani government procurement and responds to tender notices with complete documentation including financial bids, technical specifications, and fabric certifications.
Do you accept purchase orders and offer payment terms?
Yes. Purchase orders from registered Pakistani institutions are accepted on standard 30-day terms, with 60-day terms available with credit reference verification. GST-compliant invoicing is provided.
Can we get samples before a large order?
Yes — institutions considering 200+ units can request a free fabric & fit sample pack, and we recommend a paid sample set (deductible from the order) for any order of 25+ sets.
How long do bulk orders take?
15–25 business days depending on volume, with weekly production updates from your dedicated account manager. Larger institutional orders follow the lead times quoted on the Team Orders pricing table.
Ordering for a white coat ceremony — when should we start?
Plan 30+ days ahead; ceremonies bunch up at Pakistani medical colleges and our production calendar fills during peak weeks. For batches of 50+ students, contact us 6–8 weeks ahead and we guarantee delivery 7 days before the event.
Orders & Delivery
Handling, shipping, and tracking
How long until my order arrives?
Handling is 5–7 business days (garments are made and embroidered to order), then delivery takes 3–7 business days nationwide via Fastex, TCS, Leopards, or M&P — up to 10 days for remote areas. Custom sizing adds 3–5 days to handling.
Is shipping free?
Orders of Rs. 8,000 or more ship free nationwide. Below that, standard courier charges apply at checkout.
Which cities do you deliver to?
All of Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and everywhere the courier networks reach, including smaller cities and cantonment addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order dispatches. For any tracking issue, WhatsApp us your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Not on small orders — our supply chain is built for Pakistan. Diaspora customers and international institutions can contact us for a case-by-case quote.
Payments
Paying for your order
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard online, plus cash on delivery nationwide. Institutional buyers can pay by purchase order or letter of credit on qualifying orders — see Team Orders.
What is PREPAY10?
A 10% discount for paying in advance instead of choosing cash on delivery — enter code PREPAY10 at checkout with any prepaid payment method.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes — full FBR-compliant tax invoicing for institutional purchases, with NTN registration details for your accounting and audit documentation.
Exchanges & Returns
If something isn't right
What is your exchange policy?
Free size exchange within 7 days of delivery on standard garments. Embroidered items can't be returned for change-of-mind (they're personalized), but size exchanges are still honoured — we re-embroider on the correct size free. Full terms in the Refund Policy.
What if my garment arrives with a defect?
Send photos on WhatsApp with your order number. Manufacturing defects — loose seams, embroidery not matching your approved preview, dye irregularities — are replaced free of charge.
What does the 99+ wash guarantee cover?
If your garment fails materially before 99 washes under proper care — dramatic fading, unravelling seams, excessive thinning — contact us. We examine the garment and replace it if the failure is on us. Care requirements are on the Care Instructions page.
