Note: Embroidered garments are made-to-order and personalized, so they are not eligible for exchange unless there is a stitching defect or the embroidery does not match your approved preview. Colour-matched institutional thread and multi-position placement are quoted separately on team orders.

Production
Embroidery runs at our Lahore facility. Singles add 2–3 business days to the order; large team batches are scheduled with your account manager.

Questions customers ask before personalizing
What file format do you need for a logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too — our digitizer redraws it as a stitch file either way. Send it on WhatsApp or attach it to your order.
Can I see the embroidery before it's stitched?
Yes, always. Every order gets a digital preview for approval, and logo team orders also receive a photographed sew-out on the actual fabric. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
How much does embroidery add to delivery time?
Singles: typically 2–3 business days on top of standard delivery. Team orders are scheduled into the production timeline your account manager confirms with your quote.
Is logo embroidery really free on team orders?
Yes — on team orders of 10 or more garments, logo embroidery is included at no charge, with one-time digitizing covered. Below 10 units, per-garment pricing applies as shown in the table above.
Can you embroider names in Urdu?
Yes. Urdu script is digitized carefully to stay legible at embroidery scale, and you'll approve a preview first, exactly as with English text.
Where on the garment can embroidery be placed?
Standard placements are left chest (most common), right chest, and sleeve for scrubs and lab coats, and front-centre for surgical caps. Multi-position placement on the same garment is available on team orders.
Will the embroidery survive hospital laundry?
Yes — we use industrial-wash-rated polyester thread that holds colour through repeated high-temperature wash cycles, and proper backing so the design lies flat instead of puckering. See our care instructions for washing embroidered garments.
Can I return an embroidered item?
Embroidered garments are personalized and made-to-order, so they can't be exchanged for change-of-mind or size errors — double-check the sizing guide first. Stitching defects or embroidery that doesn't match your approved preview are replaced free.
Can different team members get different names but the same logo?
Yes — this is the standard institutional setup: one shared logo file plus an individual name list. Send us a spreadsheet of names and sizes and we coordinate the whole batch.
Do you match our exact institutional colours?
On team orders, yes — we colour-match thread to your brand guidelines and confirm it on the sew-out sample before the batch runs. Standard palette colours are available on all orders.
