What Qualifies for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, items should be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- In original, resalable condition and packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
What Can't Be Returned?
- Custom-embroidered or personalized items, because they're made uniquely for you
- Items marked final sale / clearance
- Used, washed, or damaged items (for hygiene and fairness).
How to Start a Return or Exchange?
- Contact us with your order number and what you'd like (different size, different item, or refund).
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Send the item back.
Size Exchanges Made Simple

Refunds
- Exchange: We send the replacement once we receive the original.
- Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item.
- Who pays return shipping: We cover return shipping for our errors or defects; size-exchange return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
