What Qualifies for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, items should be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • In original, resalable condition and packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

What Can't Be Returned?

  • Custom-embroidered or personalized items, because they're made uniquely for you
  • Items marked final sale / clearance
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (for hygiene and fairness).

How to Start a Return or Exchange?

  1. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like (different size, different item, or refund).
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Send the item back.

Size Exchanges Made Simple

Most returns are about sizing, and that's exactly what exchanges are for. Not sure of your size? Use our Sizing & Measuring Guide before you order to get it right the first time. If it's still off, we'll swap it.

Refunds

  • Exchange: We send the replacement once we receive the original.
  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the item.
  • Who pays return shipping: We cover return shipping for our errors or defects; size-exchange return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
