Why We Started
The gap nobody was filling
Pakistan's healthcare professionals — the doctors, nurses, surgeons, and lab technicians who show up every single day — were settling for workwear that was either purely functional or purely fashionable, never both. We knew that was wrong. We knew it could be better.
From the very beginning, we did things differently. We spoke with healthcare professionals across Pakistan before we ever picked up a needle or chose a fabric. We sat in clinics and hospital corridors. We asked what chafed, what faded, what made a twelve-hour shift harder than it needed to be. Then we went back to Lahore and built what they told us they actually needed.
