White coat ceremony orders: plan 30+ days ahead of the ceremony date. We can deliver in 15 days, but ceremonies bunch up at Pakistani medical colleges (King Edward, Allama Iqbal, Aga Khan, Dow, Shifa, FMH, CMH) and our production calendar fills during peak weeks. For batches of 50+ students, contact us 6–8 weeks ahead and we guarantee delivery 7 days before the event.

Is embroidery free on lab coats?
Name and qualification embroidery (up to 2 lines) is Rs. 300 on a single coat and free on team orders of 10 or more coats.
Can I order with my expected qualification before finishing my degree?
We strongly recommend ordering with your current status (e.g., "4th Year MBBS") and a second coat once you've passed finals. Embroidering a qualification you haven't earned yet creates awkward situations if results are delayed.
Do you stitch in Urdu script?
Yes — Urdu, English, or both side by side. A common request is an English name with an Urdu qualification or department name below.
How should a med student's first lab coat fit?
Long length, 240 GSM, tailored fit, sleeves ending at the wrist bone (not the knuckles). Slightly longer beats shorter for ceremony photos — you can shorten later but can't easily extend.
Can the coat be machine-washed at home?

What's the best length for ward rotations?
Medium (mid-thigh) — professional enough for rounds, short enough not to interfere with patient examinations or sit awkwardly during long ward rounds.
Do you offer female-specific cuts?
Yes — the female tailored fit has bust darts and a slight waist cinch, significantly more flattering than a unisex coat, available in all three lengths.
Can hospital logos be embroidered in full colour?
Yes. For team orders of 10+, multi-colour logos are free; complex logos receive a digitized preview for approval before production starts.
How long does a Clozzi lab coat actually last?
With proper care, 18–24 months of daily use; with industrial hospital laundry, 12–18 months. Fabric is rated for 99+ washes before noticeable fade or thinning.
Can I return or exchange a custom lab coat?
Embroidered coats can't be returned for change-of-mind (they're personalized), but free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery are honoured — we re-embroider on the correct size at no extra charge. For team orders, order a sample first.
