How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order is dispatched. Orders are prepared before dispatch, and made-to-measure orders take longer to prepare.

Choose the size that matches your measurements on our size chart. Clozzi garments are customized according to the chart, so check your measurements before ordering. If standard sizes don't fit, made-to-measure is available for Rs 1,000 extra — see the custom scrubs page.

Do you handle bulk orders for hospitals and institutions?
Yes. Hospitals, clinics, colleges and teams can order in bulk with volume pricing. Free embroidery on bulk orders of 20 sets or more; embroidery for smaller orders is a paid add-on. Start with a team quote on the Team Orders page or on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards. Advance payments get 10% off with code PREPAY10, and orders of Rs. 8,000 or more ship free.
What is your return policy?
