Yes. Standard Pakistani GST invoice provided for all NTN-registered institutional transactions. How long does fulfilment take for a 500-unit institutional order?
Standard production lead time for 500–999 unit orders is 30–35 business days from PO confirmation. Lead time includes production scheduling, fabric cutting, stitching, quality control, embroidery (if branded), packing, and dispatch. For orders 1,000+ units, lead time extends to 35–45 business days.
Do you offer logo embroidery for hospital and college branding?
Yes. Logo embroidery, institution crest embroidery, department codes, and individual name embroidery are available as paid add-on services. Embroidery is priced separately from unit pricing (typical range Rs. 150–400 per unit depending on complexity, with volume discounts on embroidery for orders 250+ units).
Can we request fabric samples before placing a 200+ unit order?
Yes. Free fabric and fit sample pack ships within 3–5 business days to your institution address. Sample pack includes 2 scrub sets in your colour choice, 1 lab coat in white, 1 surgical cap, FlexiBlend fabric swatch card, and embroidery quality sample card. Sample pack is provided at no cost to verified institutional inquiries.

Your account manager handles distribution planning to each branch with consolidated or per-branch invoicing. Nationwide delivery — Lahore (3–5 days), Karachi/Islamabad/Rawalpindi (5–7 days), other Pakistani cities (10–15 days).
What happens if our institutional order arrives with defects or fit issues?
Defective units (manufacturing faults, fabric defects, stitching failures) are replaced free of cost within 30 days of delivery. Fit issues are handled through size-exchange policy where return shipping is at buyer's cost and replacement units ship within 7–10 business days. For orders above 250 units, our account manager schedules a post-delivery quality check within 14 days.
