Clozzi garments are customized according to our size chart, with standard sizes from XS to XXL on most sets. If the chart sizes don't suit you, choose Made to Measure (+Rs 1,000) on the product page and enter your measurements — no minimum order.

Team / Bulk orders
1. Go to Team Orders.
2. Tell us quantity, target delivery date, hospital/clinic name, and colour or design preferences.
3. Quote within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
4. On approval, send logo artwork and the staff embroidery list.
5. Sample approval if you want a physical sample, then production — delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Is embroidery free?
Free embroidery on bulk orders of 20 sets or more. Embroidery for smaller orders is a paid add-on: name/designation embroidery is Rs. 300 and logo embroidery Rs. 500 (Rs. 400 each for 2–9 sets).
How long does custom sizing take?
Made-to-measure orders take longer to prepare before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–10 business days.
Can I order one embroidered set as a sample before a team order?
Yes, and we recommend it for any team order of 25+ sets — order one personalized set for the team lead, confirm fit, fabric, and embroidery quality, then proceed with the full order.
Do you embroider in Urdu script?
Yes — Urdu, English, or both side by side. Send the exact text on WhatsApp and we confirm the rendering before stitching.
What if the embroidery is wrong?
Spelling and layout are confirmed in writing before stitching. A stitching error on our end is replaced free; text you supplied and approved stands as supplied, so double-check spelling at order time.
Do you embroider hospital logos?
Yes, even on a single set — Rs. 500, with the 2–9 tier at Rs. 400 and free embroidery on bulk orders of 20 sets or more. Send artwork as PDF, PNG, or JPG (higher resolution works best); complex multi-colour logos get a digitized preview for approval.
What thread colours are available?
At checkout, embroidery thread comes in black or white. For team orders, ask us on WhatsApp about other thread colours.
Can I customize the cut, sleeves, or pockets?
Sleeve length (Half, 3-Quarter or Full) is chosen on the product page for most scrub sets. Individual orders use our standard cuts and size chart; for team orders, ask us about inseam, neckline or pocket changes.
Is there a minimum order for custom work?
No — even a single set qualifies for name/designation embroidery, logo embroidery, and custom sizing.
