How should I choose a size for customized scrubs?
Choose the size that matches your measurements on our size chart. Clozzi scrubs are customized according to the chart, so measure yourself and compare with the sizing & measuring guide before ordering. If standard sizes don't suit you, made-to-measure is available for Rs. 1,000 extra.
Which sleeve options are available?
Most scrub sets offer Half, 3-Quarter or Full sleeves. 3-Quarter is selected by default, and you can change it before adding to cart.
What fabric are Clozzi scrubs made from?
Clozzi scrub sets are made from poly-cotton. Each product page lists details for that design, and the care instructions explain how to wash them.
Is embroidery free?
Free embroidery on bulk orders of 20 sets or more — request a quote on Team Orders or WhatsApp. Embroidery for smaller orders is a paid add-on: name embroidery from Rs. 300 and logo embroidery from Rs. 500 per garment. See embroidery.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order is dispatched. Orders are prepared before dispatch, and made-to-measure orders take longer to prepare.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes — cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, and orders of Rs. 8,000 or more ship free.
